Eat Well and Save

You can eat well, in a wholesome variety and SAVE time, money and your health. Clean food is a natural way to better wholistic health. You can nourish your body, eliminate unnecessary and possibly toxic elements and save your self from financial burden, as well as, health issues.
Make choices that are more like a lifestyle, instead of a diet. I listen to my cravings. When I want sugar, I'll go for an apple instead of cake. If I am craving something heavy, I'll look for a sweet potato or something like gluten-free pasta. There are so many cool recipes available for healthy eating.
Plan your week and prep on your "off-day" -- like a Sunday. Season, chop and prep your meals and put them in a Ziploc. If they need to be frozen, you are instantly marinating them when you take them out that morning to thaw. Prep snacks and grab a nice BPA free water container, preferably one with a nice filtration system so you can refill anywhere that you go.
If you bring snacks with you and make sure you have them in the house, you will be less tempted to go to the corner store or some fast food restaurant for junk food. Combine healthy eating habits with a decent exercise regimen and you have a formula for great health, energy and a nice heap of "sexy" mirror time!
